2025-08-20Great service, nail techs were very friendly and made sure I was satisfied. Update: unfortunately 4 nails popped off about 10 days after and the others are on the verge of popping off as well within 10 days of getting them done. Not pleased at all. This is the fastest I’ve ever had them come off even with careful use.

From the moment I walked in, the customer service was wonderful — everyone was kind, welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable. The technician took her time fixing the damage, reshaped everything beautifully, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. My nails look perfect now — smooth, even, and exactly how I wanted them. I also got a pedicure, and it was amazing — super relaxing and detailed, with great attention to cleanliness and care. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. I left feeling pampered and so happy with my experience. Highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants quality service and beautiful results!

2025-10-16I have been to USA Nails two times now, and have had two AMAZING experiences! The 1st visit, I chose my own gel polish- they have SO many colors!!! The 2nd visit, I came in with a picture. My tech NAILED IT, and my nails look even better than my inspo pic!! Thank you, USA Nails team! I will be back!

2025-04-24Got my nails done tech was nice did a good job. I picked a color that wasn’t good because it was runny and had chunks. The tech was going to redo them after I had chose another color but the person in charge told him to just go over the other color. Well two days later one nail started to peel due to the lumps so I went in and was told they would only fix two nails. So the tech did that and now a week later my nails are chipped. It really sucks that you pay money to only have it last not even a week.
