My daughter had an acrylic nail set done, and while the tech was working she kept thinking it looked weird. She figured the tech would need to shape the nails later, and after it was all said and done she came home very upset. She is not someone who likes conflict so she paid full price ($70) and left a tip. The next day there was a survey sent to her, asking if she would recommend the nail salon and she replied with a 'no' and even sent these pictures in. Since then, there has been no response, no offer to correct them. The thing is, if the tech is new and has little experience, then the company should be straightforward and give a discount. I have never been so disappointed in a service-based company and the lack of their "making it right". If you're considering booking here, I'd keep looking. *EDIT: my daughter's name is Andrea and she visited on Jan 25th, 2024

Just a nice chill experience. Nails are great & she was willing to try a design even though my time was up. Friendly staff. Affordable price ! Pedis on Wednesdays for the win! And I love the later hours!

Do not go here. I got a pedicure - if you’re looking for more than just a colour change and I mean anything from heel scrubs to toenail shaping were not done adequately at all! I brought my daughter and two nieces (all 13) for what I thought would be a fun, summer day out. My daughter asked and showed a picture of the teal French tips she wanted and she got full teal nails with aqua tips?! See added pictures. The technician was asked by another technician before she started if it was going to be an issue and she said she was fine - I should have spoke up then. My daughter is only 13 and was too nervous to tell her again - as she already told her a few times that what she was doing didn’t look like the pictures. The technician was useless when I asked what happened - she told me my daughter’s nails looked like the picture? (Again- see the pictures I’ve attached of what she asked for and what she got) I was so dumbfounded and just wanted to leave at that point. What a truly embarrassing experience.
