2025-05-13I love my stylist Katie D. I’ve been a client of Katie’s for a number of years at Body and Soul. I’m always pleased after each appointment and with Katie’s suggestions for products I have seen such improvement with my overall hair health. Less breakage and brighter color. The location of Body and Soul is easy to get to, cleanliness of the salon is top notch. They offer such fun and unique gift items - I always leave with a cute new hair do-dad! I’d recommend Body and Soul to anyone looking for a new stylist or if you are new to town. Lots of options and services available. One of these days I’m going to take advantage of their additional services like yoga or a facial.

2025-08-09I got the prenatal massage and a pedicure during my visit. Karli did such a wonderful job on the pedicure and made sure it was a comfortable experience for me! Janna performed my prenatal massage (with a pillow that allowed me to lay on my stomach for the first time in months!) and took such great care to ensure I was enjoying my experience! Pregnancy is hard on the body but these ladies helped make it a little easier on me today!

Colleen understood exactly what I wanted, and did a haircut and coloring that not only looked amazing but MADE ME FEEL fantastic, too.I genuinely recommend Colleen and this place for anyone looking to transform their look! Will definitely be back!

2024-03-05The environment is very calming. They did a great job fitting me in last minute. Riley was AMAZING with checking in with me on her pressure and where I needed the most work for my massage. Will definitely be returning (already have it scheduled, actually). Felt like a "family" feel where the staff really wants to get to know you.
