2025-08-14First let me say, I've been going to Luxury Nails for almost a year and have been pleased each time I went. This time was different. On 8/12/25 received a manicure with nail art (which I love ❤️) . However, the guy that did my pedicure and polish left much to be desired. He was great until it was time to polish my toes. I had to go back on 8/13/25, Wednesday after work for the same guy to redo my toe polish. Now, here I am again Thursday morning 8/14/25, after my shower and here's the results!!! I paid over $100 and yet my toe polish keeps bubbling and coming off. Unhappy 🙁, yes I am

2025-10-29Customer service was good. I had a problem and when I came in there just to get my nails removed they offered to completely redo them. Dan is great very friendly and easy to work with!

2025-07-13Greeted immediately upon entering. Everyone was very pleasant! The place was very clean and all the furniture was clean with no rips or tears! Even the rolling carts they used were clean!! The technician who did my pedicure was very pleasant and thorough!! He was gentle and seemed to take pride in his work!! Maybe my new go to even though I’m from Person County!! And it was open on Sunday!! Also love the calming music on the tv!! Only thing missing is my mimosa or glass of wine💔
