I have been coming here for about a year now and every time is a wonderful experience. They are friendly, fast, and sanitary. I recommend Mary, she is the fastest acrylic nail technician I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and skilled, not to mention a sweetheart. Please check out this incredible full service salon!! I’m visiting from out of town and came in as a walk on. Justin was amazing 🤩 He was patient and very deligent with getting my design right (which I never get bc I’m so picky) lol would choose him again!! 100% recommend. Elly did my pedicure and she was so gentle and did a great job, felt like I was walking on a cloud!!! Thanks Queen Nails 🫶🏾💕

I visited your salon today for a simple manicure and was extremely disappointed by the service I received. I specifically requested that the technician **not** use a drill on my natural nails, yet he proceeded to do so anyway, claiming there was a “language barrier.” He then used the drill on my cuticles, abruptly stated that he was finished, and made no effort to shape my nails or apply cuticle oil until I insisted he did so. This level of service is completely unacceptable and not at all consistent with the professional treatment I have come to expect from your establishment. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to ensure no other customer experiences the same.

If I could give more stars I would, absolutely 100/100. The young gentleman that did my pedicure was gentle and made sure nothing hurt and kept checking up on me throughout the pedicure. Cathy was amazing turning my previous old set into an amazing new shape and made my cuticles look a lot more presentable. The gentleman that took over for Cathy did amazing with the design I requested as well! Will definitely be returning for future services. Thank you!

Best salon in Columbia! Very clean and relaxed! Manis/pedis are always outstanding with Cathy!
