Accidentally followed Kevin to his new position here at Chic Nails and Beauty Bar and he did NOT disappoint per usual! Very thorough and detailed in his work! Will be returning!!

Felt rushed the entire time. Some nails are not fully coated, like I get I have very short nails, but if I knew this what I would have gotten; I would have done it at home. The nail design even looks rushed and uneven, didn’t even try to clean it up. She also forgot that we were going do a design on the ring finger, had to tell her after putting my nail under the UV lamp thing for a second. Paid almost $50 for these to look I did them myself.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Chic Nail Spa that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, my excitement for a fresh manicure quickly turned into frustration. I arrived with a simple request for a black snowflake design, but I was informed that it wasn’t possible, which I totally understand. So, I was open to suggestions and agreed to a blue French tip instead. Unfortunately, that’s where the issues began. Throughout my appointment, the technician over-dremeled three of my nails to the point where they are now paper-thin in certain spots.  It was so painful to the point I had yanked my hand away, teary-eyed To make matters worse, the technician asked me over six times what I wanted done with my nails, despite my repeated responses about the blue French tip. It felt incredibly frustrating, and it was clear that my simple request was not being understood. At one point, I noticed her talking to her coworkers, and it appeared she was discussing me, which only added to my discomfort. After simplifying my request to just getting my nails painted white, I reached a breaking point. When she once again asked what I wanted, I decided to just forgo the painting altogether and leave with my nails in their current state. To top it all off, I was charged $60 for uneven, misshapen acrylic nails with no polish. It was a disappointing experience that left me feeling like I didn’t receive the quality or service that I had hoped for. I would not recommend this spa based on my experience, and I’ll be looking for a different place for my next manicure. I rarely treat myself to things like this and feel 100% robbed

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. How unfortunate. I have been going here since I was 16. I have sent family, friends and so many other people here because in my experience they have been the best. This time, I was completely in shock when I saw my hands. I paid around $120 for my nails. And I was DISGUSTED. I had specifically said, DO NOT CUT MY NATURAL NAILS, and the nail tech said okay and continued to clip them all in seconds. I even looked past that. But then she completely butchered my hands. I was so sad, but I paid and tipped still. I DM’d Chic nails on instagram and called them too and was assured that the Kylie would fix my nails and I was ecstatic. However when I came the next day, Kylie did NOT fix my nails. Rather the same nail tech “fixed them” mind you these are the pictures AFTER she “fixed” them. When I spoke to Kylie about this issue, she was rude, dismissive, and did not apologize. I tried to express that I paid so much for these nails and I was told she would fix them and she didn’t even apologize and instead patronized me and said every nail tech has a different skill set and next time I should book with someone else. My nails were oddly shaped, glue was EVERYWHERE. On my skin, tugging and pulling. Sides of my nails weren’t even covered, polish everywhere. The color was off. When I noticed how rude and disgusting Kylie’s attitude was towards me, I dropped the issue because I realized I wasn’t going to get anywhere. Chic nails used to be my favorite place ever but now that they have expanded, it seems that they only care about much money they make and their quality, service, and cleanliness has completely hit rock bottom.
