Ng Nails & Spa

I went in here as a walk in about 2 days ago, James did my nails and did a great job! I like my nails long and pointy and he did exactly that. I was going to get plain black but he suggested I get cat eye nails which was different but I fell in love with!! I definitely recommend this place. The photo doesn't do his work justice they look even better in person!

Absolutely loved my pedicure! The staff is friendly, the salon was clean, and the attention to detail was amazing. My feet feel refreshed and the polish looks flawless!

My grandma goes here regularly and recommended I see Lisa for my pedicure. I went today and Lisa wasn't in so they had someone else do my pedicure. I had wanted my brows done too. What I really wanted was the polish and massage because I have asthma and it's hard to paint my own toenails because at that angle, my chest is compressed for a long period of time. I have tight calves, which is why I wanted the massage and the basic pedicure was supposed to come with it. I don't know if the woman was irritated by how small my nails were or what, but at one point she made a comment and all the staff looked at me, so the whole rest of the time I was there felt awkward because it seemed like they were talking about me. She barely buffed or shaped my nails and the "massage" was her rubbing my shins and only touching my calves when she put the lotion on. She didn't wrap my legs, she put a small warm towel over my shins, so I didn't even have the heat to release my calf muscles. When she did my eyebrows, she left a bunch of wax that I ended up having to clean myself. I ended up crying in the bathroom because I haven't gotten a pedicure in years and hate dealing with customer service in general because people are usually rude to me. I felt like people had constantly been judging my feet because I didn't have polish on them, so I just wanted to do something nice for myself. Of course when it came time to pay, she started acting nice but I already planned to not go back. No one else spoke to me as I left, of course. I was the youngest in the salon, so I don't know if they assumed they wouldn't get much money out of me, so they didn't care about being polite or if they felt my services were unnecessary. Either way I would think it wouldn't matter as long as they get paid for it. When I got home, I noticed some of my toenails weren't shaped well and there was polish around some of them that I had to clean up myself. I might as well have just tried to give myself a pedicure. After the brows and tip, it ended up being almost $60 that I feel like I wasted.

Very clean as soon as I went in no chemical smells everyone was so friendly hine who did my nails was super sweet and amazing fixing my nails another place really messed up on. Price was really good to I just love them thank u
