2025-12-02First time at this nail salon…. Decided to get my toes done for an up coming cruise and decided on getting white. My pedicure guy didn’t speak or offer me anything to drink. Did a ok job on feet cleaning and scrub. After it was done he rush me to the front to pay…. My toes Length we’re so uneven, the color of my toes where supposed to be pearl white. 2 days later my color Turnt DIRTY BROWN! My Service was $50 dollars plus a $20 tip I’m sad about it because I leave soon on this trip and now I have to go get my pedicure redid again.

2025-10-18I use google translator, when necessary: communicating boundaries/ preferences for massage. They brought out a small fan to focus on nails. Phone trays, accessible, as they anticipate use during service. As hands alternate during service, I used free hand, (with discretion) to scroll… Water temp warranted hot…is accomodated to your liking. Other places, offered warm! WiFi provided. Arrival was roughly 45 mins to closing; did not feel rushed to leave, resulting in us staying 35mins past closing .
