2025-04-11I will honestly never come here ever again. I was so excited to get a manicure pedicure since it was not only near my birthday, but everyone always recommends this place. The pedicure was actually great. It was fantastic, but the lady that I had to do my manicure was awful! She kept telling me to relax, even though I was and I was trying my best to follow along with her. At one point, she sighed dramatically and slumped her shoulders. I apologized and told her I was sorry. She just shook her head and didn’t say anything. She did not trim any of my nails to shorten them for the French manicure I wanted. Not only that but didn’t push back any of my cuticles or get rid of anything on the side of my nails before she started putting the tips on. Not only that, but there is stuff stuck all over to my nails while she was doing the dip. You could tell there’s specs of the dip stuff or glitter that’s all over my nail bed when it shouldn’t be there and the tips are crooked too. I now have to try to fix this myself, by trying to shape them and shortening them and trying to hopefully buff to make sure the specs aren’t there. I have no clue how to fix these to be honest. Worst manicure I’ve ever had and I will never ever be coming back

2025-11-01I went and got my nails done for the first time in a year. I asked for gel acrylic and they started doing dip, I didn't say anything and thought maybe I'd like it. She kept telling me to relax my hand even though I was trying and apologized when she seemed irritated. A hair from her brush is inside the dip. Im just disappointed. I was excited to have my nails done and was willing to tip for good service.
