2025-07-27On July 9th I stopped in at Regal Nails to see if they had time to do a quick fill for me. I didn't see anyone so I walked all the way in and looked around the corner to find both employees sleeping in their chairs. I didn't bother them, but won't be back.

2025-05-30I got my nails done and I had to correct her on so many things and the design i showed her was nothing like I wanted I chose a pink and orange combo and she said "no orange not pretty." So she just went with pink. When I was done there was so many bubbles and streaks of the nail polish on my skin and there are burns and marks on my skin. She clearly had no idea what she was doing. Then I went back the next day and they said it would be a ten minute wait and they got me in there chair and they took off the color and they fixed the shape but she kept cutting me and when I went to wash my hands she was being rude and did it for me. Then I went to a different girl as requested and she did the pink and then said that she couldn't do the orange again so I decided to just get orange tips.

2024-02-20Never Never never again. My nails look horrible. Not straight at all. Filed the whole side of my nails off on a few nails. Never again . I told her they were messed up. Nothing. After this post they reached out and fixed my nails for me and I am a bit happier. Thank you
