PRETTY NAILS AND SPA

Came here today for the first time and had wonderful service. I expressed i did not want electric buffer on my toes and it was respected. I got an amazing french pedicure (luxury) and spa manicure also french nails with gel x. The atmosphere was very pleasant and quiet but picked up right before my appointment was finished at 2:30. They did my mani and pedi simultaneously. I really give props to the luxury pedi service it was really good and relaxing. I also give props to the nail tech. She was amazing and gentle and really knows how to do a good french tip. She also educated me a bit too. Will be back for sure

this was my first time getting my nails done since i was 15, so almost a decade(😅), and i thought they turned out pretty good! the salon was nice and clean and the staff was friendly! i’m a shy person so i’m actually glad the man who did my nails wasn’t super chatty lol. i got a dip powder manicure and it was $48 minus tip. my only complaint is that one of the nails on my left hand is a bit wonky, but nothing too noticeable! my sister got acrylics with gel polish + a design so they were about $90.

Had a great experience at Perfect Nails! My mom, sister, and I got mani/pedis for my sister’s wedding this weekend, and all of the staff were very helpful and kind in getting the perfect wedding nails. Will definitely be coming back! Super clean and bright environment & reasonable pricing!

Referred by a coworker after my last nail place closed. I was nervous for no reason. The guy who gave me a pedicure was very thorough and gentle. The lady who painted my toes did great. I will be back.

My mom and I came here for the first time to get pedicures, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience for me. The salon itself was pretty, but the service I received from my technician fell short. During the pedicure, my small toe was accidentally cut and bled. While I understand mistakes can happen, I was surprised that there was no acknowledgment or apology, and instead, a solution was applied without any explanation. The technician also used a sharp tool to clean around my nails, which felt uncomfortable at the time. By the next day, my big toe had become inflamed and appears to be infected. My mom, unaware of what had happened, handed me a tip to pass along, and I did so, though I later wished I hadn’t. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience as a reminder to myself — and maybe others — that it’s okay to speak up or stop a service if something doesn’t feel right. On a positive note, a different technician did the design on my toe, and I thought it turned out beautifully. However, based on my overall experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this salon to anyone.
