- Long-Time Customer; Expect More for the Price - As a loyal customer who has visited at least every other month for the past year—and have brought my daughter and daughter-in-law with me—my review comes from a place of continued hope rather than a one-time disappointment. There's no denying the technicians are skilled. The final results of both manicures and pedicures are consistently good; my nails are shaped well, and the polish lasts. The salon itself is clean and aesthetically nice, which is a primary reason we've returned. However, the major drawback, and the reason for my 3-star rating, is the feeling of being rushed. This is especially noticeable given the premium price point. Even when we purchase the top-end manicure and pedicure services, the experience feels hurried. You're moved from the soak to the massage to the polish application with very little time to actually relax and enjoy the "spa" aspect you're paying for. The cost for these premium services is on par with, if not higher than, what I've paid at luxury salons in Omaha, yet the pace and attention to detail don't match that standard. It's frustrating to pay a big-city price for a service that feels like it's on a small-town conveyor belt. We keep coming back for the convenience and consistent results, but the lack of a truly luxurious, unhurried experience continues to be a letdown.

This place is so cute and welcoming. They were super fact but precise and their website is so easy to use to make appointments and get prices. I highly recommend them.

Great experience! I stopped by after work to make an appointment for the next day and they were able to take me with just a 15-minute wait. Thanks to Tom and Ted! Great dip manicure and regular pedicure. Will definitely be back.
