2025-11-06I have gone here 4 times and have been satisfied every time except for today. I think it just depends on which person you have doing your nails. Here is my inspiration picture compared to my results. Instead of pinky/milky nails I got a plain nude. They are all very nice but I was disappointed with the results

2025-10-14I've gotten my nails done here multiple times because its convenient and pretty cheap, but I've been getting extremely poor quality nails recently. The past two times have been terrible. I went at the beginning of September to get my nails done for Senior photos and I initially had an older guy doing them but one of the other ladies was saying it wasn't very good quality so she had to redo the nails and do a different design. This was okay because they were nice about it but I was there for over 2 hours. The most recent time I got them done for Homecoming and am completely dissatisfied. My nail application is very choppy and the nails aren't even black they're blue. I had an initial done which also isn't painted on very well. The paint for the initial is black though and the rest of my nails are not. The customer service is okay but the quality of nails has been terrible. UPDATE: Nails didnt even last 3 days. Extremely disappointed.

2025-07-23Kia dose a amazing job I've had my nails done evey 2 weeks for the last 2 months Kia has done them the last 2 times and he is so fast and precise my nails always look good when I leave eternity nails & spa is excellent and have a very good staff they have always gotten me in within a couple hrs of me calling

2025-09-24I just want to say how amazing they did for us!! On the day of my wedding at 1:00 they squeezed us four girls in and got us all done by 1:40, in time to be married by 5:00 that day. I could not be more impressed by their speed and precision!! 10/10💕
