ELLI Nail Spa

Elli Nails is my new go to! After an unpleasant experience elsewhere I drove up High and came upon Elli nails. I was in a pinch to get my nails done for my engagement party. They got me right in and they were so quick to help me! After showing them what I wanted they hopped to it. They saved the day! This is my new spot! Affordable, nicely ran, and family owned! I haven’t enjoyed a professional nail salon in years and I am so happy with my nails for my engagement shoot!

I have gone to this salon for years and have always had a great experience until today. I don’t typically get manicures (just pedicures) because in my experience manicures just don’t last. On this day the manicurist said that it should last up to a week…and I said I hadn’t had that experience in the past…but ok, I just needed it to last the weekend for an out of town wedding I was attending. She was very nice and seemed to do a very good job. She said that there should be no problem - and to come back in if it didn’t last/I had any problems. Everyone was wonderful, as usual. We flew out for the wedding less than 8 hours after the manicure and several fingers were already chipping off. I had been very careful - the only thing I had was wash some dishes (and used gloves when washing them). When I returned to town and went in to explain the situation, one of the owners (I believe) said they don’t guarantee manicures, no one would have said that, and there’s nothing they can do. (I just asked if I could get some credit toward a future pedicure given the unique conversation I had had at the time and the fact that it hadn’t even lasted long enough to get out of town that same day). She was very rude and said no - there is nothing they can do/will do. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back. Sadly, I don’t want to support a shop owner who, unlike her manicurists, isn’t more kind from a customer care perspective.

Today I had a Manny and a petty. And I am completely thrilled with the results. Liam gave me an excellent pedicure! And my manicure is just perfect. Since going here, my nails have become healthier and are growing. No more cracks and brittle nails for me!

First time customer on recommendation on family member. I was able to find prices online and book online which was super easy for my busy schedule but making an account was required first. I scheduled an appointment for same day without issue for a gel manicure for under $50. Salon was very clean and I was greeted immediately. I was pleasantly surprised that there were dozens of gel lacquers to choose from including my perfect winter purple. All instruments came from an individual sterilized bag. I was happy to see that the nail technicians attention to detail that she seemed to enjoy her work. Highly recommend and looking forward to my next appointment. Bonus! Running into someone toy know! Justin did a really thorough job on my pedicure and he took his time carefully shaping my acrylic nails. My nail art is too cute. The lady that did them knew exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed the conversation and I love my nails and toes.
