Elon Nails (Best Nail Salon in Parkersburg)

First time here and service was great. The front desk girl with orange hair was very polite and informative of the services offered. The nail tech I had was very nice and he did a great job. My nails have never looked so good. Will definitely be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just left and extremely unhappy. I told the lady doing my pedicure I wanted a pastel yellow and she did bright and said it would be fine. Didn’t massage my feet or anything and was charged $75 for a crappy pedicure. Then got my nails filled showed the picture and they guy said no problem. Well he could not do and it’s it was basic! I paid $120 for nails and a pedicure I was not happy with. When I showed the manager he said oh well! I will not go back here again. Picture of what I asked for and what I got. So mad! 😡

I came for a walk-in, service was fast. The nail tech was kind of rough on my hands, and did end up leaving with small cut on the cuticle of my thumb. The nails were cute-ish, there are bubbles in my dip somehow, and all of my nail lengths/shapes were off so I had to re-shape them all. He asked if I liked the shape of the first nail, and I did, but the rest were not the same. Fingers crossed they hold up well.

The worst experience I’ve had in 20+ years getting my nails done. The gentleman was obviously annoyed and in a rush- so much so that he cut my finger by using a nail file in a very rough manner. He continued on with the nail service while letting my finger drip blood. I had to ask him to stop so I could attend to my wound. At the end of the fill, I asked him to remove the excess polish that he had gotten all over my hands to which he responded with aggressively removing the polish with the nail file instead of using a small amount of polish remover and a brush. The fill looked like it had been growing out for a couple weeks, after he had just finished and every nail was a different length and shape. The salon itself is very nice and prices are reasonable, but I will not be returning after such a terrible experience.

Had such a nice experience today. The staff were friendly, the tools were sanitized right in front of me, and the whole process felt professional. My nails turned out perfect. I’ll definitely come back.
