Nina did excellent work on my hair cut style and low+high lights. She is kind, gentle, patient and very attentive. This was my first hair style with her and I was very comfortable and impressed with the results. I booked another appt before I left!

Absolutely my favorite place to have my haircut. The staff is always so welcoming and kind. Nichole cuts my hair and she always does a great job. I drive from Greenwood and it is worth the drive.

Got my hair colored and cut and my stylist listened to exactly what I wanted, and worked with what was going on with my hair before. Highly recommend Hope. She did an amazing job!

Not at all pleased with results, was supposed to get trim and was informed not done resons unknown, would not recommend this establishment.

While the hair cut I received from Angie is amazing, the customer service was horrible. When she came and got me, she assumed that I was in for a color. When I said I was just there for a trim, she seemed shocked and disappointed. While cutting, she asked who did my highlights. When I said it was a home job, she had nothing to say. Literally, she didn’t say anything. I then said that both my dye and highlights were done at home, that it might not be the best but it was better than my roots showing. All she did was laugh! I was extremely offended! I understand that a stylist would prefer for someone to come and and get there hair done rather than do it at home, but I work full time and can’t always make the time. She also turned the cape to where my clothes were showing and at least 90% of the hair she cut ended up on my clothes and in my shoes. Wanna know her reply? She said “Story of my life,” laughed, and then turned away from me! I have gotten my hair cut hundreds of times and I have never walked out completely coated in my own hair. It was gross! The last punch in the gut was that she didn’t even say goodbye. I know that is just a small thing, but I still found it incredibly rude. She told the receptionist what to ring me up for and walked away to the next client. It wasn’t busy by any means, at least tell someone who determines your tip “goodbye.” I know it sounds petty, but I’ve worked in sales and customer service my whole life, and I think the way she acted was awful. I only gave two stars because the cut was good. But I will never recommend Angie to anyone and tell people to avoid her unless they want to be treated badly and be covered in their own hair.
