NY NAILS

I am so upset about my nails. I have been going to this nail shop for about 4 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I usually request Katie to do my nails but they have recently taken on new ownership so I decided to give the owner a try. For starters I got a pedicure which was fine but he kept telling me how long my toenails were which I thought was weird but continued. I showed him a photo of the birthday nails that I wanted and he agreed to do them with no problem. Before he even got started he was already rushing which I don’t understand because the shop was empty besides a lady getting a pedicure. While prepping my nails he kept going back and forth on his phone for FaceTime and he was hurting my fingers. His grip on my fingers was unnecessarily tight and he kept going onto my skin with the drill. I told him that he was hurting me and he only laughed and said that it didn’t hurt. When he finished the acrylic application and was ready to start the paint and designs everything went downhill. He had several photos for reference but he kept doing a freestyle on my nails. I knew that they wouldn’t like identical to the photos but they were very far off. I asked him multiple times to fix mistakes and he got an attitude and starting saying “oh my god” and that made him even more rough on my nails. My nails came out very uneven and they look NOTHING like the picture. I will never be returning to this nail shop.

Passing through on a road trip, my wife dropped me at a coffee shop and headed here for a deluxe regular pedicure. They took her with no appointment. It rivaled the care and attention she has received from 5-star resort spas. Very hospitable and clean and she watched them handle a difficult pedicure needs for another customer with grace (she was very pleased). My wife was so thankful we stopped...relaxed and rejuvenated for the rest of the trip. NOTE: cash only...but so worth it.

Very friendly. Did an amazing job, will def be back ❤️ Never disappoints! 12/22/22 Only waited 10 minutes. Exactly what I wanted (once again) & I love them so much. I will never go anywhere else! My last set lasted for over 3 weeks!

My favorite nails ever! I don’t say this lightly. Mai did an amazing job before my graduation. I asked for acrylics, coffin nail shape and she used pointy tips for that which I haven’t had done before. It’s been 4 weeks and my nails still look amazing and I keep getting compliments. I’m sad I moved away, otherwise I would be a returning client for sure! It’s a small business so walk-ins are limited. Better to make an appointment
