2025-12-06I was looking for a new place closer to home and decided to try Elite Nails based on online reviews. I went in person to schedule my appointment and show the technicians my issues. On appointment day, I was treated so warmly. Every step of the process was explained to me. The staff ensured that my needs were being met. I watched the care, respect, and warmth they gave to other clients. One technician was louder than most, but I could tell she had a great relationship with her clients. Her commentary about their stories was funny so I got over the loudness. I am so pleased to find this little tucked away place! I do believe this is my nail shop home ❤️

2025-10-25I got a gel manicure yesterday and immediately went home to clean my house (I wore gloves to protect my nails). However, I noticed some chipping on a couple of nails this morning. When I called to see if they’d be willing to fix the chips, I was met with such kindness and understanding. They apologized repeatedly for the inconvenience, fixed the chipped nails, and even put an additional top coat on the other un-chipped nails as a precaution. At no charge to me. I was already such a big fan of this team, but now, they’ve secured a loyal customer in me. I highly recommend them!
