If I could rate one star I would. I'd liked to say something positive but I paid for a service and 57 dollars later my nails look terrible. Well let me say something positive...Salon looks nice, located in a great place, and the people seemed professional. The level of skill from the tech I had was below mediocre! With out typing the entire series of events... I left, got 1 mine up the road had to go back whole right hand nails where lifting to the point they pilled off when I went back. The manger fixed it. I Was please because it was better than first tech but was not the best. Next day had to go back because left hand chipped THAT MORNING. ended up getting same tech that originally did my nails. She decided to use builder nail and shellac. Now I have two different nail color, texture and look. Picture of finished product.

Flew in town for a wedding and went here to get a quick dip manicure. I'm not sure if it's bad product or untrained staff but my nails didn't last more than 2 hours. I went in for a dip manicure and the first tech put dip fully on and took it off FULLY twice. He informed Mr Tim (I believe that was his name) that the product was bad. On the third attempt I said I was fine with gel because I was running late to a wedding. On the third attempt Mr Tin did my nails. They were okay but after spending more than two hours in there, I needed to leave for a wedding. My nails had already started crackling on my drive back to my hotel. It's now 3am as I'm preparing to head home on a flight and there are parts of my nails that are chipped. It's barely been 12 hours since completion. I understand things happen and the staff was friendly and professional but spending my money and so much time is disappointing when I feel like both were wasted. Every nail is cracking or chipped. Both colors (the photos in the car were 30 minutes after done the other photos were less than 24 hours later)

The jelly pedi was really nice! The paint job and filing not so much. My nails were already filed and she made them into a weird shape &the paint job was terrible. Not the absolute worst but flooded my cuticles and not evenly painted on my big toe. I’m a nail technician so I’m a lil picky about who I go to &I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Normally I never have an issue but today, horrible experience. It’s my birthday week. They had a newbie work on my pedicure. Horrible. I understand if you can’t understand English. But go ask someone to translate! They charged me 70 dollars for something my 7yo niece could have done. I’m floored! They were laughing and talking about me as if I was wrong for speaking up for myself. I work too hard to waste money and time and this was a waste of both.

Tim has been doing my nails for a couple of months now and I am completely obsessed with his perfect shape every time! I switch my nails up often, and he has been able to seamlessly redesign my nails without hesitation! I also get my gel pedicures here, And they’re always perfect. Prices are better than other salons also. 10/10 I Highly recommend!
