Win's Nail Spa

I had an amazing experience this morning!! I got a full set done at a different salon yesterday and they looked really bad. I just didn’t have the heart to tell the nail tech that I was unsatisfied. This morning I went to Win’s for the first time after a recommendation from my boss, and wow wow wow did they fix me right up!!! My nails look stunning now and the attention to detail was immaculate. They took me in without an appointment and did a stellar job in a timely fashion. The salon was clean and everyone seemed very friendly. I think I found my new go-to place!! 10/10 stars!! Thank you!! :) Wish I got the name of the gentleman that helped me! He may have been the owner because he sat right next to the front desk!!

this was genuinely one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had. i never write reviews but i felt that this one is needed because i was tricked from all of the good reviews that were written about this place. #1 the BIGGEST red flag: i booked an appointment online WITH Vicky because i saw that the reviews on her services were very good. so someone please tell me why I got Tom instead? In the beginning i didn’t say anything because i thought that maybe this guys name was Vicky and I didn’t want to presume anything but when I heard someone call him by his real name (which was Tom) the service was almost over and he had already screwed up my nails. #2 this Tom guy was in some big rush even though there was barely anyone in the salon and he rushed so much that when he was gluing the tips on my nails, he was just choosing any random one (he literally did not fit anything before hand. he just tried to “eye” it and in the pictures i provided you can see that some of these tips were too small and my real nail is hanging off the side). ALSO not to mention he used like not even 1/4th of a drop of glue and my nails already feel like they are going to fall off. #3 i asked for an almond shape and what do i get? stiletto… i even provided a reference picture and told the person that i want EXACTLY what was in the picture. when he rapidly shaved off half of the tip without even asking me anything (and before i could clearly look at it because of this big rush he was in) it was already too late to even say something so I just politely asked him can you please make my nails more rounder. he not only grunted when i asked him this but continued to give me attitude and tried to gaslight me into thinking that this shape that he did was almond…even though i’ve gotten almond shape plenty of times, none of which that looked like this. Mind you this was very few things of what entirely happened at the whole appointment so you can only imagine how terrible this service was. The price was not shockingly the worst but throughout the whole appointment I was considering just walking out and having him remove the garbage and rushed work that he did.

If you want a place that makes you feel pampered, Win’s Nail Spa is it. I had a spa day with Bebe, and she made it so special. She gave me a deluxe pedicure and a classy nude manicure. Everything was done perfectly. The space is clean and smells amazing. I loved the soft music and peaceful lighting—it’s a total escape. Bebe was kind and thoughtful, checking in throughout to make sure I was happy. This is the best salon for relaxation and high-end nail care in North Olmsted!

Shout out to Vicky at Win’s Nail Spa for giving me the prettiest French ombré nails ever! I’ve gotten so many compliments already. She was so nice and professional. The whole salon is spotless and smells fresh, not like chemicals. I loved the ambiance—super chill, relaxing music, and comfortable chairs. It’s so easy to unwind here. I found them by searching for “best clean nail salon in North Olmsted” and I totally agree. You won’t find better nail service anywhere else in the area.

I’ve been going to Tom for my nails for 7 years now, and I can honestly say he is the best in the business! I am a major perfectionist and his attention to detail is unmatched. He takes the time to make sure every nail looks perfect, and my nails always turn out amazing. I constantly get compliments after seeing him, and I always know I can trust him to do a flawless job. Beyond his talent, Tom is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He always makes you feel welcomed and valued as a client, takes the time to listen to exactly what you want, and offers thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. Every appointment feels personalized and relaxed, and I leave not only with perfect nails but also feeling genuinely cared for. His salon is absolutely beautiful! It’s clean, modern, and welcoming. On top of that, they have a huge selection of gel colors to choose from, so there’s always something new to try. You can tell he put so much thought into creating a space where clients feel comfortable and relaxed. It’s the perfect reflection of the high-quality work he does. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their craft and their clients, I can’t recommend Tom enough!
