City Nail and Spa

If you can’t tell… I have ring of fire on every single nail. I went in around 3 and people kept coming in and you could tell they were rushing to get people in. The lady I had, i’m guessing the owner, was very rude and rough on my nails to where it was painful. Maybe two days later my nails were snapping off because of how thin they were. I got the builder gel off tonight and my nails look absolutely terrible, and very painful.

I took both of my grandbabies to get their nails done. They were 9 and 10 and they both wanted to get Fall Nails. They were very kind and gave them both exactly what they wanted. We will be back

Everyone is so sweet, and i really love Anna! My pedicures are always done perfect. I have been able to grow out the length of them so easily and not get acrylic.

I will not be returning here. The lady I had was super rude (I think the owner). Very rough on my nails when filing. Burned and nicked the sides of my fingers with the drill. She painted one of my fingers the wrong color and when I mentioned it she said she couldn’t fix it. The length and shape isn’t consistent on all nails. The design isn’t bad but overall made me feel like I was a burden and the environment doesn’t feel welcoming at all. Total was $55 for fill and design. Cash only.

Very bad experience! Not only did they not do what I asked but they messed my nails and the surrounding soil up so bad. I have a cut on my pinky finger that I am now worried will get infected because their tools were used and not sure if they got cleaned. I should have complained there but I am so shy. My nails look awful and my finger hurts so bad!
