Luxx Nails & Spa

I went to Luxx Nails and Spa for my birthday, and I honestly had the best experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel so special on my day. My nail tech took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and the results were absolutely gorgeous — even better than I imagined! The spa was clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a calm vibe that made the whole visit feel luxurious. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and so happy with my nails. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Luxx Nails and Spa to everyone!

This is my second time here and it has been super relaxing both times. The first time I came was for a pedicure and the second time was for a manicure. I thought the pedicure was great. The manicure was nice too, but the massage for the hands only lasted about 20 to 30 seconds per hand. With paying 30$ for a basic manicure, I would have wanted more time with a hand massage. One other area of feedback would just be to not continue asking if someone wants shellac once they've declined. I understand stating the question one additional time to mention that it lasts longer, but I was asked 4 different times which was slightly off putting. I know that it is more profitable and time efficient but just asking once or twice would be sufficient. All in all it has been a good experience and I will be returning in the future. I love that they are so attentive to the quality that they deliver. I have observed them completely redoing someone's nails because they weren't up to their expectations and they ensure great service delivery and customer service. They offer refreshments complimentary which is nice as well. The environment was very cleanly and had a luxurious feel as well.

I came in with my mother for a manicure and pedicure. We both got $72 first class premium pedicure which was recommended that it’s best. Unfortunately, both technicians were inexperienced and didn’t remove our hangnails even though I clearly requested it at the start. The whole cleaning and buffing service was subpar and I just wanted to leave but decided to stay to finish the whole service. It’s a new salon, and while the space looks beautiful, it feels like more effort goes into the aesthetics than into hiring skilled staff. The shellac manicure was the most disappointing part. The technician scraped the top layer of my natural nails and skipped every essential step, no proper filing, no cuticle care, no buffing and immediately started applying gel. I even asked, “Is this what you call a manicure? You didn’t even clean my nails.” He told me, “For shorter nails, this is what we do.” So you charge premium prices, but all you do is put polish on without any actual nail care? The front desk man was kind and receptive to feedback, so here it is: please prioritize hiring competent, experienced technicians who actually know proper technique. Tea and cheesecake are thoughtful touches, but people come for quality nail service, not snacks. To make things worse, at the end of the appointment, the other technician placed my mother at a nail drying station where the fans weren’t even working. Her freshly polished nail smudged when it touched the broken fan cover. When we asked for it to be fixed, the technician acted like he was doing us a favor and said, “What if we were really busy?!” After spending $285, the bare minimum is fixing a nail that smudged because your equipment isn’t functioning. It’s a beautiful salon, but the service and technique are nowhere near the standard for the prices being charged. I came because of the glowing reviews, but based on our experience, I genuinely question their authenticity.

I had a great experience with Emily at Luxx nails. I decided to splurge on a mani pedi and I never felt rushed. The atmosphere is amazing, they offer soft drinks and water as soon as you sit down. The pedicure chairs are great with a message option like none of the other places in the area. My toes look amazing and my fingernails were in bad shape but Emily brought them back to life and they’re looking good again. I left Luxx nails feeling relaxed and satisfied.

Firstly, walking into this place is an experience in itself. It’s very beautiful, clean, and neat. Jenny (the owner) is very hands on, kind, and funny! She’s super helpful and she knows her stuff. Jenny is very reassuring and wants you to be satisfied with your visit. I get my nails done by Chi, she’s hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever been to! She’s communicative, she checks in throughout, and she executes my nail visions every visit. I can tell she is very detail oriented and she genuinely cares about the results as much as your experience. Each time I’ve visited, I’ve been offered snacks and various drinks from other staff members as well. Their customer service is always top notch and never lacks or falls short. I plan on continuing coming to this nail spa, I haven’t been to any others since I started coming here.
