I put the time in my phone before I left- it got moved and I was late and she don’t have the courtesy to come out and talk to me? 10 dollar tips every visit, wanted to hold me off for two weeks. Won’t ever use them again. If you’re a busy professional don’t use- unprofessional and young. They just lost my business.

2024-05-24I've been there 3 times and every time I ask for a little taken off on a certain area and they just cut off way more than I ask the people are nice and the atmosphere is nice but I just don't get my hair cut how I fully want it

2021-11-02I have a son with special needs. When he first started going to her he HATED I MEAN HATED to get his hair cut. MELISSA was always understanding and patient with him. He walks in she calls him by name with makes him feel more comfortable. He sits down in her chair ready for his haircut. She has took the time to get him familiar with the electric clippers. Now she uses them with no problem. Melissa Lugar has always went above and beyond for my son. Thank you very much Melissa.
