2025-10-04Service was fine but I did not receive the polish I requested. In fact, my toes are one color, and each of my hands are different colors. Really, 3 different polishes? That was just rude and not respectful.

2024-04-04She did it again! I had to share the wonderful work she does, this is a one person working shop. Ive been going to her for over a year and she always tries to make time for me. Since she is a one person shop, there has been a couple of times I had to wait or come back but her work is worth the wait. Every picture I've brought to her she has done. I've had many nail tech's thru the years in several states and she is the best Ive had so far.

2024-09-12I don’t believe my dip manicure was completed correctly. In less than a week (5 days to be exact), they began cracking & some have even chipped already. Rather disappointed. Pretty sure one round of UV light for 20sec on each hand isn’t enough to get it to seal like it’s supposed to and then last 2-3 weeks. Not worth the price at all. I’ll be going back to Hamilton Towne Center to Nails and Lounge after this experience.
