Rio Nails & Spa

I’ve been going to Rio for about a year now. This is hands down the best nail salon in our area. Not only is it clean but the staff is very kind. Zoe and Dawson have always been kind and very professional. If anyone has any issues they fix it right away. They give discounts and even given me a gift card for my birthday, and chocolate :) Nini is the goat when it comes to nail art! She can do anything you want and you can tell she’s very passionate about it and loves the challenge and her boyfriend has progressed so much in his ability to do nails. The environment is very chill and laid back and they make you feel at home. If you are looking for a place where you can unwind and leave satisfied then this is the place for you. I will forever be a loyal customer to Rio and Rio only !!!

Where do I start? This place was nothing less than amazing! I am new in town, I was looking for a new place and I definitely found it. I called very last minute and at the end of the day, close to closing like very close and no hesitation “come on in” / walk in. They were so sweet over the phone and even told me not to rush! (the roads were really wet and crappy weather, so that was super thoughtful) Not to mention this is holiday season a week until Christmas, so fitting me in on short notice, late, holidays ALL the things and then was very thorough, beautiful, not rushed and so pretty! I am literally obsessed with this place. Very pretty salon too. Super cute! And my nail tech Kelcy did the best, she couldn’t have done better. So happy with this choice. Glad I called.

Zoe is a 10 out of 10. She is so sweet and very talented makes me feel like the prettiest girl in town. She is super super good at doing designs ! I def recommend this nail spot!! She makes sure everyone is beyond satisfied even on the busy days.

Zoey was amazing, I’ll definitely be asking for her again. The best nails I’ve had done, the salon is clean and everyone was very nice. Lisa did my pedicure and was supported to do my manicure but when I asked for a basic set of gel nails she laughed in my face and handed me off to Zoey (thank god because she was amazing). So I definitely don’t recommend Lisa.

Such a hidden gem on the West Side!! I called for a full set and they were able to get me in right away. Very attentive when I entered and I felt very taken care of. Zoey took her time and did a beautiful classic french for me. She was the absolute sweetest and left me with a relaxing arm massage. I will be back for sure!!
