Nails And Lounge

Just went in for a simple manicure. only 2 tears to my cuticles which was better than last place so I guess its something? I must of hit the place on a non cleaning week, as it was quite dusty, the jars of nail powder had visible buildup around them. The manicure was done ok although never been in a place that didnt allow me to pick a color. But the people there seemed to like the results they got.

Stephanie always does a great job with my acrylic nails and nail art. She’s always willing to try new designs and has great freestyle abilities. She is super friendly and fast but doesn’t compromise quality. On the one or two occasions that I haven’t liked something or wanted a change, she was happy to accommodate. I’ve had several pedicures here too and they’re always a great and thorough experience.

I love this place! The staff is very friendly, and the "Hangover" pedicure is heavenly. It takes about an hour from start to finish. It costs $51 and you get a discount if you pay in cash. Oh, by the way, complimentary wine if you want it. This is my favorite place to go for nails in Noblesville. Don't forget to get a loyalty card... every 5 services($25 minimum), you get 10% off the next one. This is definitely my favorite spot to get my toes beautified. 😊

Took my daughter here to get her nails done for her 8th birthday. Within 6 hours her finger nail polish was chipped and her toe nail polish was peeling off. We went back the next morning to get them fixed and the staff acted as if they were so inconvenienced. After repainting the color they started immediately with the clear coat even though the color wasn’t dry. The color was coming off again. They had a big party coming in, and i understand they were about to be busy, but we were also paying customers. I personally like my own nails when I get them done here, but after this experience I don't think we’ll be back!

I had an absolute terrible experience. The tech did not speak a word the entire time, it was as if I was bothering her for being there. It had been 45 minutes and my nails were still not dry. The tech left and didn't wait to see when/if they would dry. After trying to get up to leave after waiting for an hour at this point, the nails do mess up at my own fault of trying to leave. I asked for some nail polish remover to take all of it off since 3 of them were messed up and I'm simply ready to go. One of the workers did offer and try to fix them, but the same result. I paid the full price to come up and take all the nail polish off. I will not be returning.
