My experiences with Abbie have always been nothing short of amazing. She takes her craft very serious and always goes above and beyond to make me feel like special. Gorgeous studio full of creative art work by the owner. Great service and nails like no other artist can do in the city. She can literally do any design, shape, length and there isn't a shade of ANY color she would not have!! Book your appointment for your special occasion nail needs!

I’ve had my nails done at many places, so I know what to expect in terms of service and quality. A good friend highly recommended Studio 33, and I was very excited to check it out. The salon itself is super cute, and I loved the decor. However, my overall experience was disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 11 AM, but at 10:40 AM, I received a text from Abbie stating she was running 30 minutes behind. I adjusted my arrival accordingly, but when I got there, she was still working on another client and told me to grab coffee or wait another 10-15 minutes. No big deal—I was understanding. However, that 10-15 minutes turned into nearly an hour. I waited outside, and by the time the previous client left, it was noon. At that point, I probably should have walked away, but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt based on my friend's recommendation. Once seated, I explained that I wasn’t sure how to book online for what I needed. She apologized for the delay, mentioning that the previous client was going through something, which I completely understood. However, when I showed her the design I wanted, she informed me that the nails I wanted required a gel builder, which takes longer, and I had only booked an hour. After waiting an extra hour for my appointment to even begin, this was frustrating. She was also on the phone rescheduling other clients while working on my nails, which felt unprofessional. Despite the initial hiccups, I was willing to let it slide—until I saw the design. It was poorly done, and when I asked her to fix two nails, she blamed the UV light and said there was nothing she could do. No effort to correct it, no additional service to make up for the delay, just a final price of **$165** without even offering a drink during my long wait or a proper hand massage. Instead, she just threw some cuticle oil on at the end and called it a day. I rarely leave reviews, but enough is enough. I work hard for my money, just like everyone else, and I expect service that matches the price I’m paying. This experience did not meet my standards, and I want others to be aware. If you're considering booking, just know what you’re getting into. And no matter where you go, **always stand up for yourself when paying for a service** you deserve quality and professionalism. Thanks for the design refund, which I didn’t even know I was charged. $22.50 🙄The last image with the flowers, is the design I wanted. I’ll let you all be the judge.
