She made great suggestions on products that will help me with frizz and breakage. Grace has a polite and warm demeanor. I felt at ease as soon as we started discussing my concerns, needs, and wants regarding my breakage, greying, and frizz. I travel a lot and she gave me advice on how to best care for my hair when traveling. She's a 10!

2025-10-18I went to the Kenwood location for a facial. Macy was absolutely amazing and gave me the best facial I have ever had! She also was so knowledgable and helped me pick the perfect one for my needs. The products used were top notch. I will absolutely be returning!

2025-04-08I enjoyed my Deluxe Euphoria facial service with Kaitlyn D. I would recommend coming to see her for a relaxing experience. She was kind and did a wonderful job of talking me through the process. I hoped for more of a skin analysis and addressing of my skins needs and recommendations for future appointments if there is an interest in repeat business beyond just a relaxation hour. I’m a bit frustrated with the front desk. I’ve got a half used gift certificate with $148 balance and this is the second time they couldn’t apply it. It pops up, they give me my total for the service and then have trouble actually processing the transaction. It’s been multiple people promising to get back to me and resolve the issue over the years and I am warning folks not to get a gift card because you risk losing your money.
