Ive been to this salon on serval occasions. Always have great things to say and an amazing experience. Im really sad to say this experience and set was awful….I had scheduled an appointment for 11:45am, was sat down with Jenny. Everything was good until another appointment came in at 12:15pm for Jenny. I could tell Jenny was shocked and was rushing through the whole service. All my nails are different lengths, some more round then others, theres nail polish under my nails and some Nails weren't fully painted on the edges…I could tell Jenny felt under pressure and she continued to apologize to her 12:15pm appointment for making them wait. However, I was the one that ended with the bad set of nails. Although its not entirely the nail techs fault. Im sure if there was a better scheduling process, my nail work would have come out great! I asked for a red Cat eye and this is just not what I was expecting. I also asked for a basic pedicure with white gel polish. This was also very much rushed and the nail tech seemed really annoyed to even be doing the work. She lacked customer service as she yanked and let my foot drop on two occasions. Not gentle at all…also she barely even did any work besides trim my toenails. Im really sad because I really liked Dalon nails and I know they have great Techs but this was just not it…

This place is so good !!! I get dip and my nails literally last a month. They also do a very good and thorough job shaping and making sure they’re even. I have gone here twice and seen two different people and both were amazing ! Most recently I saw Tony and he was great!

So I went to go get my nails done the other day with my grandmother. They’re getting two stars bc they were very kind to my grandmother and polite. But my service was awful. I asked for an almond shape with The tortoise shell print. The tortoise shell looks great. but my nails look absolutely awful. the shaping underneath is so uneven and looks very blocky. (I asked multiple times for her to fix) and was I was really frustrated and left unhappy after just my nails took almost an hour and half…. For a gel mani pedi for Mommom and a builder set and gel pedicure for me was 220 without tip… appointment was at 12:30. Didn’t get outta there til about 3. And not to mention the gel on my toes cured uneven and is extremely wrinkled.

The salon is very clean and well run. There are lots of employees and they are all friendly. I had Zoe and she gave me the nails I have always wanted. Many services are offered and there are plenty of nail polish color suggestions. Their ability to create designs is amazing. I really appreciate the option to book online. I highly recommend Delano Nail Bar!

I got my nails done by Tracy and Sunny and they were so sweet and accommodating. My first visit here and these are my all-time favorite nails that I’ve ever had done. It’s so luxurious and clean in this spa, I’ll definitely visit again. I’ll be staring at my hands for a while! Sunny’s talent for nail design is unbelievable! 🌺🧡🏵️🩷
