Took a friend here for a pedicure as a gift. This was $100, including the tip, for a less than favorable “luxury pedicure” experience. The time spent on the nails and feet was minimal and rushed. The massage was short and very light pressure. The paraffin treatment would have been skipped had I not said something. The tech said, “I usually do it after I polish.” Well, that is all good and well if you’re getting gel polish…but this was regular polish, so that is not possible to do without messing up the fresh polish. The polish was applied too quickly and too thick, so it didn’t dry and the tech smudged the polish when checking to see if it was dry enough. Instead of redoing the toe, the smudge was covered with more polish. After three hours, the polish was still not dry, and smudged off when removing clothing and getting in pj’s. You can get two, more enjoyable pedicures elsewhere for the price of this one pedicure here.

I have been going to Rachel for a year now! This is my first time continuously waxing with the goal to soften the hair and prevent it from growing back quicker. I am never going back to shaving it’s been so worth it!! The wax she uses is so smooth and has a great smell!! I highly recommend Rachel for all your Esti needs!

Don’t be fooled! This place still looks like Teresa’s. BUT the quality and value is NOT. This was the birthday present I wish I could return. If you’re wanting a relaxing massage and soothing massage don’t come here. The massage beds are freezing and uncomfortable. The room is freezing. They do not use bolster pillows for under your knees to support your back and help the therapist access your legs appropriately.. If your asked if there is a body area that you want worked on, be prepared they with touch every area except that body part. The sheets are black and scratchy who knows if they were clean. They have NO music or sounds playing. The therapist asked if we wanted our heads done which usually means they will run their hands into your hairline/scalp. Not here, they will lather your face in massage lotion to the point your eyes are watering the next day and you get up at 6am on a Saturday in pain with burning eye so you will feel compelled to write a review to save someone else from the experience. And YES, we showered as soon as we left there. Basically all the massage therapists you loved are not there which is telling. My neck was the only body part massaged that felt good. The only saving grace was the receptionist, she was sweet, approachable, and gave me all in the information I needed to know.
