B&B Nails Spa

Overall, the people were very nice and the woman doing my pedicure did a great job. She really took her time. However, I’m giving 2 stars because I did not see the tools come out of a sanitizing packet and they were literally sitting in a solo cup/ deli cup. Place also smelled very strongly of chemicals. I was bummed because I read the great reviews, but my concern about their sanitizing practices has me sketched out.

I was greeted when I first walked in. The sign in was easy. The place is pretty. It has a nice warm relaxing feeling to it. The music is calming as well. The gentleman who did my nails went beyond my expectations! I showed him an idea I liked. He was gentle and polite as well. If I could give them more than 5 stars I definitely would. The price was definitely worth it. I will definitely be returning again for future services.

My sister and I came here yesterday for mani/pedis. We had 2 males that worked on us and it was the worst we’ve ever had. They seemed very inexperienced. I ended up leaving with a cut near my toe cuticle that he caused by filing into my skin. It’s painful and red today so possibly infected. The toe polish is also messed up because he kept stepping on and kicking my feet when he was doing my manicure. My manicure looks fine but my sister’s looks pretty bad because it’s not even colored because he didn’t put enough coats of no chip. Luckily we were just doing this to treat ourselves and relax rather than for any special event. Either way the service was unacceptable and I do not recommend this place for mani/pedis.

Prices never match their menu. I beleive they over charge on purpose. My cost is always $10- 15 more than what their menu states. Today it was $25 over the price when I purposely asked how much it was going to cost prior to services. Ive tipped every time and now I feel like ive been taken advantage of. I don't do acrylic or designs.Wont be back

Not customer friendly. Unfortunately I had the worst pedicure of my life. Nail file barely touched the nail, nails all uneven, the cuticle instrument was on tap and that was it . Nail polish application not so bad,
