Sky Nails

Went in as a walk in, was there for over 2 hours. It was a Friday afternoon so unbeatably busy. Service was lacking, the employees are nice but the guy doing my nails was rushing. Cut my fingers while filing, bubbles in my nails polish, several nails look grown out despite getting them done not even 24 hours ago. Overall disappointing and wouldn’t recommend. I won’t personally be back again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Experience at Sky Nails! I decided to try something different and got a design on my acrylics—definitely outside my comfort zone. The tech did a great job, but once I got to my car, I realized the design just wasn’t me. It wasn’t their fault at all—I simply didn’t love my choice. I called the salon feeling a little nervous since I hadn’t said anything during my appointment, but they were so kind and reassuring. They told me to come back in anytime that day and they’d take care of it. Sure enough, they welcomed me right in and redid my nails without any issue. Now I’ve got a simple, solid color—and they’re absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I’m so impressed by their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Sky Nails has definitely earned a loyal customer!

My friend wanted to go to this place for a pedicure, so I went along. They asked me if I wanted shellac for my toes, and I said no. They asked again, telling me the polish would dry fast, and requested that I try it, so I said yes. Next, they gave me a price list with all the pedicure options. I picked the $45 pedicure (choices 30, 35, 45, 55). When it was time to pay, I was shocked when they added another $15 for the shellac. I felt duped. I mistakenly assumed the price they showed included what they offered me- shellac! When I looked at their pricing board, I found that it does not describe the price of shellac or list it as an “extra.” So my pedicure cost $60 plus a $10 tip, which is $70. I have had $70 pedicures before, and this certainly was not the quality I expect for that price. My heels still had rough patches—for $70, they better be smooth!! I do have to say the polish looks nice and the lady did a good job. But again, she was done in less than 40 minutes and that’s really quick for such an expensive pedicure. Between all of that and feeling tricked, I won’t be going back.

I am very upset with my nails. They filed my natural nails down way to short and now that they are coming off it’s making my real nails break and bleed, I’ll post an update when I call them tomorrow to confront them about it and what they plan on doing because this is unacceptable!!!! Will never be going back ever again, don’t waste your money here.

Rose and Mindy did a wonderful job on my pedicure and my daughters nails. We will definitely return. All staff were friendly and helpful!
