The place looks clean and well organized. Lilianne (sp?) did a great job. No pain, beautiful results, average pricing. I think this will be my go-to place from now on.

Thank you for a great experience! The ladies were quick to get me in without an appointment, helped me find the color I had in mind, and showed care in their work and customers! I got a mani/pedi - I really really love what I got and how my nails turned out! Much appreciated ❤️ I’ll certainly be making an appointment (not needed but recommended) and returning again!

We are regulars at this place and usually have a good experience. However, this is the second time now that the owner forgot our reservation for 3 people which we requested weeks ago for the Holiday. We waited 30 minutes after our 1pm appointment time, and none of the workers were close to being done with their clients, and they continued to accept new appointments while we were waiting. When confronted, the owner just said, “sorry about that, we’re running behind,” and don’t offer any compensation. We are very disappointed.

The place looks beautiful! BUT don't let looks DECEIVE you! The staff was rude! My nails, will, I should have stayed home and saved money. Yes, I said something, but they were rude, the staff and the owner! They looked at my nails and didn't even try to fix it but remarked with rude statements. The girl that did my nails was nice. But she seemed a bit inexperienced. Her hands were shaking, and her knowledge of nail questions seemed very little. I didn't get what I wanted as I wanted a French manicure, but she kept trying to talk me out of it. I've come to know that when they do things like that, they are not very talented to do anything, but polish and simply things. My daughter was getting her nails done as well. I didn't say anymore, and I thought they would make it right at least when I paid! They were also rude to a lady that came in because her nail came off after 2 days. They said she would have to come back because they were busy! When she walked out, they said something about her and laughed! They only bothered to fix my nails AFTER the owner didn't want to make it right when paying, on my way out!! Really!?! THEN, and only right then, I think they thought I wasn't going to say anymore and leave it at that! The owner tried saying cuz the glitter goes bad, and clumps blah, blah blah. Then get new polish and throw the old away! The girl, as I was leaving, said she could fix them. (which they should have offered to fix it RIGHT AWAY, not when I'd been waiting that whole time for my daughter to be done! 😡😡). I was not going to have her do them again now! Magic nails... I think not! Another BAD nail place with rude staff 🤔😳🙄!!!! With so many nail places out there. They really need to value each and every customer. Their F.B. pics are misleading as well. Then they overbooked and were working on 2 people to keep them both there! Not another place like that! Don't go here! Unless you want rude staff and bad nails and have money to waste.
