I’ve been coming here for a few months now and have never been disappointed! The staff are so friendly and talented, and there’s a huge collection of nail polish palettes to choose from, always making it easy to find the perfect colour. Definitely my go-to place! 💅✨

Today makes it a week that I went to get my nails done at this place TWO nails fell off yesterday and one other nail is shaky due to poor application. I went back to this shop and requested for them to sort out this issue just for the lady today to me that she will charge me £3 per nail I explained the issue to her several times but she was still persistent in charging me for a nail that broke not even a full week after my appointment. I’m angry and disappointed and taking the rest of my nails out if you want good service and nails that last long AVOID THIS NIL SHOP.

The best nail shop in Hatfield by far. I tried others before finding this gem. All I can say is when you’ve been treated poorly in other nail shops it makes you value a good one when you find it. I’ve been going to Hatfield nail spa for well over a year now and they’ve never disappointed me. My nails always look good and last longer in comparison to other places. They are genuinely friendly and value their customers.
