Sam is amazing!! Best nail salon I have ever been to in Elkhart! She makes you feel so welcomed when you walk in. I've never been disappointed with any service rather it be my nails or my toes. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with the outcome! The 7 day guarantee is really nice too, sometimes I'm a little hard on my hands and I've broken/chipped a nail and she fixes for FREE within the 7 days after the service!

So my wife went in there today and got her nails done with regular polish. Tell me why she came back with crooked nails and nails shorter than what she had asked for and then I was expecting not only that tell me why my wife tells me that the lady had dogs in the establishment And allow the dogs to be up on the table to mess with the tech while she was doing her work and allowed the dogs to lick the client. My wife in the face while said work was being done now as a male a father with a daughter I would say highly unprofessional And quite disturbing

Such a relaxing and peaceful experience at this nail salon. They make you feel comfortable and their services are worth it! They have done a good job in creating a unique indoor decor using lots of plants and lightings.

$190, and 4 hours later (with appointment/only 2 other clients in store besides myself), I walked out with a chunky dip manicure, poorly shaped nails, uncured cuticles, and an infected toe. I was very unhappy with the manicure I received, so I went elsewhere to try to get them fixed. Even then, the new nail tech wasn’t able to fix much due to how poorly shaped, filed, and thick the nails were. As far as a first time pedicure, it was the most painful and worst experience of my life. There was unnecessary cutting and digging into my great toe that has now lead me to have painful swelling and walking. Staff was very attentive and friendly, but the experience was not anywhere near close to worth $190 and 4 hours. If there were any way to issue a refund for time and money, I’d ask for it.

Sam did an amazing job at talking me through the process of getting my first set of acrylics off and making a choice about the next step. I chose dip, and she did an amazing job at making them perfect. She was very thorough in the removal process and in the dip process. She went the extra step in all ways and was a joy to talk to. She was patient with my indecisiveness and looked for any answers she did not know. It was a pleasant and friendly environment. I will be going back and referred my daughter already.
