Luminous Nail Spa VI at Huber Heights

Omgg I’m so happy with my nails 😍 I had to come back to get them fixed and Timmy did so good and took his time to fix them. He didn’t make me feel bad for complaining about the previous set, he made me feel understood and that he really cared about my service. Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding! I appreciate it. ❤️

Arrived as a walk-in for a mani/pedi. The setting is great, tastefully gaudy. I hadn’t even considered that it was Homecoming weekend so they were busy. Even so, they got me started in just under 10 minutes. It almost wasn’t enough time for me to choose from their several hundred colors! I sat down into the foot soak- they had 4 scents for the foot soak. The massage function wasn’t working on the chair, and there was no hesitation to move me to a working one even though the foot bath was already ready at the chair I was in. They offered me complimentary water or soda. It did say wine offered with the upgraded pedis, but they do not in fact, have wine. Tanner was great- I almost fell asleep during the pedi massage. He was efficient, but didn’t cut corners even though it was just past closing by the time he finished. Tools were cleanly. I don’t get my nails done often, but I would say the salon is fairly priced.

The spa is beautifully decorated and welcoming. The staff are nice. However, I won't return. I booked online for services that were priced around 140. The pedicure was advertised as having a complimentary glass of wine. When I asked what wines were offered I was told absolutely not, we don't do that. I pointed to the menu item that I had selected and was told no and handed a water. I then went for the manicure. I was trying builder gel for the first time. (always done acrylic) I was told not only do they last longer, (months I was told by the nail tech.) They are healthier for the nail. There was several difficulties during the process. I was eventually told I wouldn't be charged for the design because of the inconvenience. He then passed me to someone else where I was charged 215$ Almost 60 dollars more than what the online booking suggests, I was there for 3.5 hours with all the complications and , Here's the real kicker... My toes were scuffed and missing paint and my builder gel manicure was lifting and pulling away in less than 24 hours. Very Dissapointing.

I originally saw this black to teal ombre design, in short square or oval, and had the idea to do a gray accent nail. We weren't able to do that with the polish I picked out, but came to a resolution with the colors still and it came out beautiful! I told my tech (Chris) I had eyed this salon for months without ever going, and I'm so glad I finally went! Their prices are good, the service is great even when busy, and they take very good care of you from my experience!

Nancy is the best! She has done my nails for a long time and they are always so pretty! She’s very nice and always makes me feel comfortable! Highly recommend her!
