Blossom Nail Lounge - Miamisburg/Centerville

This was my first time going to Blossom Nail Lounge. Came in a little after they opened and was attended very quickly as a walk in. Jessica did my pedicure and my manicure and was absolutely lovely! She did a wonderful job and was very thorough with everything. Chelsea, who helped my friend while we were doing pedicures, was very friendly and a great presence. Can’t wait to see them both again for my second time! I wish I could really show how beautiful the green cat eye gel is in person. I’m in love 💚💚

The pictures just don't do the nails justice. Ny always does such a great job. She is very sweet and patient with all my random nail choices. Never feel rushed and always gives great insight on ideas. This is my first tech in Ohio that can actually do any and everything I asked. Shop is always clean and everyone speaks. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

So grateful to Christina, I took my 14 yo daughter here to get her nails done today and she was so genuine and kind. She made my daughter feel comfortable, and she is so easy to talk to I didnt get to thank her before we left, but thank you so much, we'll be back soon! 🙏🏼❤️

October 4, 5:02 PM I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at this establishment. This was my third visit, and unfortunately, each experience has left me disappointed. I will not be returning and am currently seeking to recover my payment. During my most recent visit, Chelsea performed my pedicure. The results were uneven, patchy, and chipped within a few days—despite my previous gel pedicure from another salon lasting nearly two months without issue. I paid $90 for a simple gel pedicure (no French tip or acrylic), and the pricing was not clearly communicated beforehand. This place charges to remove your previous gel and also charges $15 for chrome application. Transparency with pricing should be standard practice. Because last time when I had gotten a full set At this establishment I also found out then , that they charge to remove the previous set when most places void that charge if you get a new set. So I paid $105 for this new acrylic set when I got the same set done somewhere else for 76. ( La amour nail spa in west Chester) (And they took off the previous set I had on as well) When I returned to have the issue corrected—after confirming over the phone that it was acceptable to do so—I was met with unprofessional behavior from both Chelsea and Michael. ( The married couple) Upon arrival, Chelsea immediately stated, “But you said you liked them,” in a loud and defensive tone, drawing unnecessary attention. Repeatedly. Michael, who redid the pedicure, also persistently inquired what was wrong with the pedicure I had on, and I said the same exact thing to him. I just don’t like it. he was visibly frustrated and aggressive in both his tone and movement throughout the service, and failed to properly address the existing chip on my nail. When the service was done, he got up promptly without a care for me at all and said “have a good day” and walked away. There was a lot of animosity being carried away in his demeanor. You can tell he was not happy at all. Strong attitude. I want to emphasize that I entered the salon calmly and respectfully, I left the same way as well. I only came seeking to have my nails corrected. Because once again, I paid $90 for them. However, I was met with hostility and dismissiveness. This experience reflects poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I will not be returning to this salon and would strongly encourage management to review both their service quality and their approach to customer concerns.

I have been coming to Blossom since October. I have never found a salon to be so accommodating, precise, and welcoming. Justin, Melanie, Jessica, and Anna have always provided the best service. My friends and I always look forward to our appointments and the pleasant environment.
