I appreciate the fact that the shampoo bowl didn't kill my neck like other places I've been. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and she explained everything beforehand. She even offered to let my daughter in on the salon experience. She was great to work with, made my hair look super cute, and I look forward to future services. :)
