Nail Tech

I absolutely LOVE nail tech and will not go anywhere else! I drive 50 minutes one way to come get my nails and toes done here. The salon is so nice and clean! Everyone is so friendly! Nina is my nail tech and she’s absolutely amazing!

After several years of going here pretty regularly for my pedicures, I'm sorry to say am finished with this place. Nearly all the pedicures I got here were excellent. There was only one that was less than excellent, and it was still pretty good. Despite that, I won't return. In summer 2025, Nail Tech posted a special to their verified Facebook page -- it was one day only when they were offering a discount on all services. I'm guessing it was to draw in business during what's usually a slow period during the week. I made an appointment for a pedi during the discount period. When my pedi was finished and it was time to pay, I mentioned the discount to the tech. She seemed to not have any idea what I was talking about. I wasn't sure if it was a language barrier issue or if she really didn't know about the discount that the salon had advertised. I pulled out my phone but had to log into Facebook because I was on a break from it. She leaned over watching me the whole time I was logging in. When I showed her the Facebook post about the discount, she grabbed my phone and quickly walked away toward the back office. Grabbing a customer's phone is a real no-no, I don't care what business you are in. Walking away with it is beyond belief. I followed her as fast as I could (I had been sitting at the nail dryers) but she closed the office door behind her. I really can't believe the inappropriateness of this. Because she had my phone, I opened the door. A manager (or someone in charge) was in there eating her lunch. She glared at me, I guess for bursting in. Anyway, they had a quick conversation (not in English) that resulted in the tech giving me the discount. At this point, I didn't really care about the discount anymore, only the wildly unprofessional behavior on the part of the tech and her manager. If your social media person posts a discount to the salon's social media, they better be sure the entire staff is informed about the details of the discount when they report to work. That's a no-brainer. And don't grab a customer's phone, much less walk away with it into a room and then close the door behind you. Nail Tech is a good salon, but not good enough for me to tolerate this kind of BS.

This was my first time here as I live over by St. Louis, however, I work 40 mins from here three days a week and wanted to get my nails done before we left for vacation. Will definitely be back!! Thank you, Nina for doing a great job!

I don't live in Evansville, but whenever I'm here visiting family, I seem to end up at Nail Tech for at least a pedicure. 😊😊 Always a great environment and reliable service. And it doesn't smell like chemicals!! Today, I had Jenny for a Spa Pedicure and basic manicure. She did a great job and was very kind, conscientious, and gentle. AND she helped me with my Spanish! Thanks, Jenny! Mucho gusto! Highly recommend.

AMAZING pedicure! The best in town, I’d say! A little pricier than other places, but well worth it! Will definitely be back
