I’ve been going to Creative Nail Spa for 17 years. I’ve never once had a bad service. These are some of my favorite nails that Kristy has done for me over the years. Kristy and Doug and their team work tirelessly to give their clients exactly what they want. Creative Nail Spa also have an enormous selection of polishes, ranging from gel, dip, cat eye, and chrome. They offer a lot to services so do your research, stop in, and treat yourself.

What I wanted vs what I got and I’m extremely happy! I will absolutely be back here when I want to get my nails done. Kristy and Doug are wonderful and I’m very pleased with my experience. I will definitely be recommending everyone I know to go here. :)

Since moving to Evansville in 2019 & having a bad experience Creative Nails came highly recommend & I gave them a try Best decision I made Christy is amazing. She reminds me of my nail tech in Oregon. I highly highly recommend Christy and her staff. They also do amazing pedicures if you're looking to get your nails done or a gift for someone who does get the gift card from nails Creative Nails? She listens & does my nails the way I ask & makes them short!!!!

I had an appointment that I had requested the day before. When I had asked for the appointment, I had been given two possible slots. I had chosen the later one that fit in my schedule. I arrived just before my appointment time. A lady walked in while I was choosing the nail polish. She was treated very friendly and taken in immediately by the same person who had greeted me. But not before he first seated me into the pedichair and turned on the water faucet (no plastic was placed into the water basin, and there was a visible stain on the set of towels that was set on the side of the basin). Then he returned to the other lady and started working on her nails. A bit later he returned to me to turn on the water jets. He told me that I had to enjoy the massage chair a bit longer today, and then he went back to the other lady. I had gotten an appointment and not just walked in, because my schedule was busy that day. After waiting 30 minutes in the pedicure chair and the water turning cold, I had to leave. I could not wait any longer. While I was leaving, I was told that the nails of the other lady were almost done, and that I should just wait a little bit longer. I was looking for a new nail spa. Obviously this place did not want my business. I cant recommend it either.

I have been going to Creative Nail for more then 12 years. They have a life time customer with me. I love fancy one of kind nails and Chrissy always takes the time to give me some thing special. Halloween my employees can't wait to see what she will come up with. Doug is gentle and kind and really smart guy to talk to. I love this place. I'll never go any where else.
