The atmosphere is peaceful, the spa is very clean, and the therapists are skilled and attentive. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. 2025-08-17I think I’ve been spoiled by the Fishers location, because my experience at Woodhouse Spa Carmel wasn’t quite what I expected. The relaxation room being co-ed took away from the calming environment, and the bathroom only had one shower, which felt limiting. My massage with Bex was wonderful, but unfortunately I was placed in Room One, right next to the hallway and relaxation room, so the abundance of noise made it less relaxing. I was grateful to be able to book a massage within 24 hours, but because of the size of the relaxation room and bathroom, I ended up leaving pretty quickly after my massage instead of lingering.

2025-12-09I got a 110 minute deep tissue massage and a 25 minute reflexology. Though the massage was good, it wasn't GREAT. I barely felt the reflexology! 😔 I'm usually sore the next day and I was not. I felt more relaxed but still had a measure of tension. Hopefully this was a one-off as I usually have a great experience at this location. Still got 4 stars because the customer service is amazing, along with the relaxing amenities in the quiet room.

2025-12-04Janai is the best! I detest getting pedicures but Janai always makes it easy. She’s such a nice person and does an amazing job. She makes getting my pedicures much easier. Also, Woodhouse is such a pleasant atmosphere. The private rooms make it comfortable.

2025-11-25My first time to WOODHOUSE SPA was a dream. The services were excellent and the staff very professional. The atmosphere of the ladies locker room & quiet rooms were perfection. Allie gave me my facial and she was helpful for some of my sensitive areas and she gave a great massage! Rebecca gave me my full body hydration experience. She was kind, knowledgeable and gentle. I will definitely reschedule!!
