First time here. In same plaza as the Giant. Was able to fit me in for a pedicure at 6 pm, when they close at 7 pm. Regular pedicure is $35. For $5 more, you get the leg treatment and hot towels so I opted for the hot towel option. Was asked if I wanted regular nail polish or gel polish. I chose regular for my current needs. Afterwards, sat at foot dryer. Enter your name and phone number for Rewards. Not sure how the program works, but that is one way for the salon to get to know your name. Cash or card only. No checks. I paid cash for both service and tip. Attentive service from start to finish. Only downside was the nail polish started coming off the next day and I had to repaint my toenails.

*update in response to DK’s unprofessional comment. Based off your other reviews, your shop consistently puts out bad nails. Instead of scolding your clients and making it their job to police your staff in doing any semblance of professional work, you need to focus on upping your standards. I will have another salon fix my nails. Keep my money, well worth the lesson I learned and the ability to show other people the kind of work you deem acceptable. Oof. I would like to start by saying the lady that did my nails was very nice and sweet and she asked me repeatedly if I liked what she was doing. Now, with that said, my nails look awful. It’s been three hours since I got them done and I keep finding more issues. First, they’re not what I asked for, at all. *See photos for reference. I’m a very flexible person, so when she grabbed the silver, I was all about her doing her own interpretation of what I showed her, I didn’t need it to be exactly the same. It wasn’t until she started adding the white tips that I realized I wasn’t getting what I asked for at all. Once again, non confrontational and who doesn’t like a classic french manicure, so I said nothing. She finished my nails, and they seemed fine, nothing special, but fine. I tipped well, because she was nice and I liked the vibe of the shop, and left. As soon as I stepped outside and really started looking at my nails, I was flabbergasted! The entire drive home, I couldn’t take my eyes off how horrible they looked! It’s been three hours and I already have an appointment at another salon booked in two weeks. The idea of my nails looking like this for two weeks sucks, but I’m not going back. I’m aware of their 3-day policy, but the fact that they allowed a customer to leave their shop with nails this janky is just wild to me. Now, for the actual issues. One of my nails broke two days ago, when I made it clear that I didn’t want the rest of my nails filed down to match, the tech offered to put a tip on, which I thought was super sweet, AT THE TIME. You can look at the photos, so much is wrong here. Nail polish everywhere! There are bubbles, uneven lines, jagged edges and lumps galore! I will say, she did a good job on my cuticles. Super disappointed.

Once again, I am overjoyed with the service. I got exactly what I wanted. Originally, I wasn't impressed because it wasn't what I was expecting. However. I was told that if you don't like it, tell us it would be easy to fix. AND SO ... Kim did. Thank you so much. Hope I got your name right. ... OK.. KAY DID!! AMAZING 👏 Well time tells after going for a suitable amount of time ..NAIL CARE IS NOT THE OBJECTIVE. My natural nails are long and thick .. I just wanted the color that lasted. The gel is great but the removal is incorrect conventional the and damaging to my real nails. I've expressed this. And still..well let's just say I will never visit this establishment ever!!

Kim is an amazing tech! I’ve been going to her consistently for over 10 months now. She’s done acrylic, dip, and pedicures for me. I wouldn’t want to have anyone else. She’s so kind and attentive to detail.

So I’ve had the same nail tech for 9 years. She’s become increasingly unreliable, frequently cancels appointments and her work which was pristine has gone down hill. I had two major events in one week and she canceled my nail appointment three times I had to go with completely awful nails. So it was time for a change. I gave this nail salon a chance and had Kim. The prices are higher than I’m used to . I don’t understand why they would charge to shape and file a nail when that is part of a fill. Very strange . My tech was Kim, who is talented . I gave her a detailed design and it came out great polish wise . The issues are the shape, but it seems nobody can do an even shape on me, and I have a lot of cuticle. My old nail tech used cuticle, clippers, and this time she just used the drill. I don’t know if I had an allergic reaction to the polish, if the drill had not been clean, and I got an infection or what happened, but it’s been about a week and my fingers are still very swollen and sore. I think I will give it one more try and try to figure out if it’s their products or something else . They were swollen , red , sore and itchy for days . The itchy part is gone . All that has never happened before and I’ve been getting my nails done for 30 years so I’m not sure why ???
