Pros: kind staff, clean spaces, calm atmosphere! She fixed a wonkey nail well!Good color selection and overall a fine experience… however… Cons: my nails were not repaired, they are loose and I didn’t appreciate the hidden “shaping fee” of $8. Updated :) The owner reached out personally after the service and was kind and helped me get rescheduled. They replaced my set, which was very kind. During the appointment I did get cut two or three times and was bleeding and the UV lamp burned my nailbeds. The only serious con was the fact that they tried to have me put my nails back under the lamp before they had stopped burning despite my telling them. After telling me three times to put my hand back under the lamp I finally did and he turned the cooling fan on, and I had no further issues :-) The nails are different shapes slightly. After a week and a day, the nail polish came off but my acrylic nail was still secured so I’m very confused (photo). While this new salon is measurably better than other nail salons around them, prices are still rather high for what we get (a gel x set is $80). That being said, I acknowledge that I have very high personal standards and not every business is able to live up to those standards. I recommend this place if you have had issues with other nail salons as they do the nail apex and thickness fairly well. They have a ton of color and gel options! The staff is kind and friendly! Thanks to the kind atmosphere and intentional work, I will be going back in and having the service completed again. I sadly just will have to lower personal expectations.

The company I work for held a ladies’ night here and it went so well! This was our first time holding an event like this and we are already looking forward to the next one! The staff was very accommodating and welcoming and our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves and left relaxed, happy and with beautiful, fresh pedicures. We originally had booked the private room but our guest list grew at the last minute - when I arrived to set up our food and drink table, the staff had already pivoted and moved our party to the larger pedicure space so all our guests could sit at the same time. The space is so well-appointed and the service top-notch - great salon for events like ours or a little self-care. I did go back myself a few days after our event and had the green tea pedicure with Ashanti - just what I needed! This will be my new go-to salon! Thank you, Offline!

My sisters regularly get their nails done here, I was hearing and obviously seen nothing but good things so I decided to tag along for an appointment and lemme tell you they did not disappoint. From Denise greeting us and taking care of us the entire time to Ben, Tommy, and Shauniuqe absolutely devouring our nails. Overall a 1000/10 experience and we can’t wait to come back!

The best nail salon I’ve ever been to! Always so clean, amazing color selection, delicious cappuccinos, and super talented and kind staff! Shawnique does amazing builder gel work and gorgeous nail art. She has the best eye for detail and is so fun to chat with throughout the appointment! I’ve also seen Ben and Kate here and love their work too. Whoever you go to, you won’t be disappointed as long as it’s someone at Offline!

I love this salon so much. I feel like I'm taking such good care of myself when I'm here. Their service is immaculate. You're greeted with a hot towel for your neck and an offer off cappuccino or hot tea to help you ease into a relaxing spa experience. The salon is clean and feels very high end. Regina is my girl and goes above and beyond. Great attention to detail and gives a great massage. Light conversion without being overwhelming. Denise is such a pleasure and is a wonderful hostess. I admit, the first time I came I found them kind of pricy, but you honestly do get what you pay for. If you just want to get your nails done, any place can do that, but they truly offer a personalized spa experience.
