I have been having her do my nails for over three years, and she always provides friendly and professional service with results exactly like I hoped for. Their new location in Clay Terrace is excellent as well, they’ve done a great job with creating a modern yet comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Alice has done so many amazing designs for me over the years, but I have included a small selection of recent photos to showcase her talents! (First picture was done for a trip to Disney!) Highly recommend for anyone looking to get their nails done in the Carmel area!

Her husband, William, is incredibly kind and gives the best pedicures — so relaxing and thorough. Alice’s mom is always so sweet, and Connie is amazing at nails as well. The environment is calm, clean, and relaxing, and they have more than enough colors to choose from. Every visit feels like a treat. 2025-11-04Wow, just wow. If you’re considering Aura, definitely go! This is a great location under new ownership. The prior owners were dirty and always on their phones… Alice and her family have transformed the salon (tucked in next to Whole Foods at Clay Terrace). It’s super clean, quiet and equipped with the newest colors and products. Hard gel is my go-to and the owner did a fantastic job on my manicure. I will definitely return in 2-3 weeks!

2025-11-16Alice and her team are the BEST! Alice is extremely talented and always delivers exactly what my vision is. If I chip a nail accidentally when I leave, Alice will fix it no question asked. The nail lounge offers mocktails to its customers for an extra special touch, in addition to a great color selection, comfortable seating, and relaxing atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed!
