2025-09-12The gentleman that typically greets customers entering the business (thick black framed glasses, older) was incredibly rude to our bridal party of 5 full sets and 1 pedicure that made a reservation in advanced for Friday 9/12/2025 at 2:45pm. Our first bridal party member didn’t even get seated until 3pm, he was argumentative about a color change, he was argumentative about how many were in our party, he continuously skipped over our party members and called back other customers - we were just there to get a simple nude almond set each. He yelled at us about asking to change the color, we only asked 1 time. He yelled at me saying that I didn’t have the number of the party right and that we only reserved 4 sets and not 5…we called in advanced to avoid any confusion. Completely unprofessional, pushy, and hateful.

A couple months ago she wanted some fairly "busy" artwork and the gal said she would do her best but hoped she wouldn't be disappointed. They looked better than the picture my girl brought in with her. I highly recommend them.
