I saw Jess for a haircut and balayage, and she was warm, easy to talk to, and genuinely attentive, she made me feel comfortable right away. I mentioned being a little concerned about a few grays, and she shared how she embraces hers — which was such a refreshing perspective from a stylist! We even joked about it, and it made the whole experience feel personal and fun. She really took the time to understand what I wanted, checked in throughout the appointment, and absolutely delivered. Even without an online portfolio, I trusted the reviews — and I’m so glad I did. My first visit was lovely because of her, and I look forward to the next one!

I had originally went out of my town to go to a different nail place and when I got there and it was not what I expected I panicked as it was a decent drive from my house. I saw their salon online and decided to call them and they were able to get me in the same day! When I got in everyone was so sweet and who did my nails Zoe was so sweet, she was so easy to talk to and made me feel so welcome honestly. During the nail process me and her talked the whole time and it was amazing it felt like I’ve known her for ever. While she was doing my nails, other coworkers were complimenting her work and it was just such a great atmosphere. I will be coming here again 100% due to the kindness everyone showed! I got gel x nails and I’m so happy with them! Ps I’m so bad at taking photos of my nails but you guys they are beautiful

Jess was amazing! It had been far too long since my last haircut, and this was my first time at this salon. I felt comfortable from the start... I always feel a little clueless when asked what I want done, but Jess was so helpful in determining (realistically) which of my general ideas would work best with my hair type. I LOVE the cut and style she provided, and have already gotten so many compliments. She's also just a cool and down to earth person that I really enjoyed talking to. Thanks for a great experience, I'll definitely be back!

I would put zero if I could. The stylist bri was EXTREMELY unprofessional, gaslit me, did NOT listen nor do what I asked at any appointment. She put semi permanent on my head without telling me. Charged me over $600 for an ugly mess of colors that washed out and blended together after two washes in ice cold water . Cut my bangs when I asked her not to, then sat there in my face saying she didn’t when I WATCHED HER IN THE MIRROR!!! Bangs are also uneven. Mind you again I WATCHED HER DO IT and she still tried to gaslight me and say she did not cut them like I didn’t watch her. The first three photos are after one single week and one single wash in ICE COLD WATER, air dried, no heat applied. The last two photos are freshly done… it’s extremely patchy and uneven. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED FADING THIS HORRID FROM A PROFESSIONAL SALON!!!! Again paid over $600 for not even a week of okey ish looking hair. The original dye was patchy and horribly done. I’m sure the other girls aren’t like this and hopefully would be honest about what they’re putting on your head and if they make a mistake. The salon was nice and everyone else I talked to was sweet. Bri should have just owned up to her mistakes with the haircut and been honest about semi permanent dye going on my head as I was 100% under the impression it was going to be permanent dye. If she just said “oops I messed up I’m sorry” everything would’ve been better but she just continued to gaslight me like I didn’t watch her. I would also like to make a note Bri’s significant other was vaping directly next to me at my appointment and I just found that EXTREMELY unprofessional. He didn’t blow it near me or anything it was just uncomfortable and weird to me. You should not be allowed to vape in a salon…

Bri absolutely SLAYED my blonde! I’ve been chasing that perfect, bright platinum for ages, and she nailed it better than I even imagined. My hair feels healthy, silky, and the color is pure magic – no brass, no dullness, just BANGING blonde perfection. She’s meticulous, a true artist, and knows exactly how to get those perfect results while keeping your hair strong. She is so competent and knowledgeable. She takes so much pride in her work - its so refreshing to have a stylist who cares and isn't looking to rush you in and out with mediocre or inconsistent results. These alone are reasons I will never go any where else! If you want a stylist who can deliver next-level blonde and make you feel like a total showstopper walking out of the salon, Bri is the one. Hands down the BEST blonde specialist I’ve ever worked with – I’ll never trust anyone else with my hair again!
