The staff were very nice but I wasn’t very thrilled by the experience. I started my appointment at 10:37 and didn’t leave until 12:45. It took an hour and a half of just prepping the nail before it was even painted. The guy seemed extremely confused the whole time on the design I was doing. 2 hours after I left one already is peeling up and smudging so I have to make another appointment elsewhere to have it fixed. This was my first experience here and honestly wasn’t very impressed.

Super friendly, professional, and have always done an excellent job with my nails. I’m very particular when getting my nails done, and have always been pleased. Julian is great!

This was my first time getting acrylic nails done here as I am searching for a new nail place. Initially, I made my appointment, which they said would be with Liam. I was content to him being the nail artist as he had done my toes a few days prior. Liam glued on my nails and shaped them how I had asked him, I was happy with his service. After Liam finished, I got passed on to Sunny. Sunny was shown the picture of what I wanted. Essentially she did in fact give me what I asked for but somewhere along the way UPCHARGED me by a lot… charging me $85. Acrylic sets are listed as $45 and then additional $5 charges would be added for shape, color, etc. I find it VERY HARD to believe that I had asked for forty extra dollars of nail additions. Along with the nails, Sunny added glow in the dark acrylic to them??? I never asked for that. Something is NOT right about how I was charged. Sunny was quite bossy through the process and was really only interested in talking to me when she wanted pictures. Wishing I had a better experience.

The staff is very nice, welcoming and friendly. I went a few times because service is better than most I've tried. However, after the nail tech broke my real nail & laughed about it, I lost respect for the location. I went back because maybe it was a one off thing. I got a couple of pedicures and the massages were lacking. I also got powder dip nails and 3 broke the week after I visited this place last. Hopefully, I can find another location where the work lasts and they don't play with my feet when there's supposed to be a massage involved.

My friend recommended I bring my 6 year old for pedicures and we were NOT disappointed! Our toes look perfect, and we received the best massages.
