I know customer service is #1, and they truly delivered! Not only was their customer service excellent, but they also did an amazing job on my cat-eye nails and my daughter’s French tip full set. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but honestly, what isn’t going up these days?

Although this place has good customer service that was one of the only good things about my experience. I came in Monday evening and we and my partner were the only people there and the two women in the shop were very kind and patient. These were supposed to be my birthday nails so I can admit I was being a bit picky but I went here because of all the reviews praising their nail art. Clearly the nails look nothing like the picture and the nail art is not up to par with the reviews. I think this is just one of those salons where all the nail techs have different skill levels and I got someone’s who more of a beginner. They are a little lumpy and uneven on a couple nails. I let her know in the salon a few were uneven and she fixed them but I didn’t see the others she left uneven. The woman doing the design let me know in advance she wasn’t sure she would be able to do it. I asked her to only polish my big toe so I could see what she could do and decided if I like it. She didn’t listen and polished all of them and I didn’t want to get all the polish removed to do the second simpler design I was planning on doing if I didn’t like her work. I think my set is simple, but I came in at 6pm and didn’t leave to almost 9 if not a lil after 9pm. This is even with them starting my nails and toes at the same time. I wasn’t told the price of the designs before and I was charged $20 extra. The only price list I was shown was for the pedicures and they let me know nothing in advance. $10 extra for length and then an additional $13 for no chip polish. I assumed the price for the polish was included because she didn’t ask me if I wanted no chip or regular but I guess I could’ve asked. In total I paid 130 something after tip( after getting $10 off because it was my birthday) I’m very disappointed with my nail’s themselves especially given the reviews. I should’ve and could’ve gotten better quality work for the price had I gone somewhere else. But my customer service experience there was great and my pedicure is good.

I came here at about 3pm. I wanted a regular pedicure, soak off and regular full set. One girl did my pedicure. She took a while to do it. I wasn't bothered by that. Another girl did a soak off different from what I'm used to. The same girl did my full set. It took her over two hours. She kept putting on this clear stuff. I'm guessing a hardener? She did about 6 coats, that finally I asked how many is she supposed to put of that. She didn't understand so I asked another girl who translated. She told the girl, two. We were already on 6. I had to keep putting my fingers in the UV light. She did one more and then moved on to painting my nails. I said several times that I wanted regular polish. She started to put no chip. I stopped her and asked if it was no chip and she said yes. I told her that I didn't want no chip, I said regular. This place has great reviews, on Google, but nobody talked about how LONG it takes to get things done here. Maybe it was just this experience, with this girl. But I was absolutely disappointed! Four hours for a pedicure, soak off and full gel set. It's never taken this long where I usually go. I wanted get to do a design. But I changed my mind. I'll go somewhere else. Who knows how long the design on two nails would have taken. I was so disappointed. And with the way my nails look, I could hand don't this. I probably should have because whatever she was doing with the gel and a back and forth of my fingers being in the UV light, that took so long that I almost told her don't paint them. So I could go already. I got there at about 3:00 and I did not leave until after 7:00. They were closing while I was still in there. Again, I am so disappointed. I didn't see any comments about how long this would take. I've seen comments that say how it was worth every penny. I don't think so. This experience was such a turn-off. Over $100 spent and I'm not even proud to show off what I've got done. I gave it three stars to be nice. Two stars is probably more realistic. This is a picture of one hand. On the other hand, the color is already coming off. I just got them done yesterday.

Bebe did my toes and Ines did my nails and I could not be happier!! The attention to detail was very much appreciated & they were both so attentive. I showed a picture to Ines & she understood the assignment!!! She really took her time to make sure the shape was accurate & the lines were straight. I’m also impressed with the prices! It’s so much more affordable compared to other places in Chicago. I highly recommend this spot & I will be coming back for my refill!!

Absolutely love this place!!! So I went to “Happy Nails” for my birthday nails, and I did not come out very happy. Don’t get me wrong they can do simple nail designs and stuff but they cannot do good designs. My gel nails were bulky and looked nothing like the reference. I was frantically searching for a good nail salon that could save my botched manicure. I found this place with no bad ratings and it was only a 15 minute drive so I headed on over and boy am I glad that I did. This lady quickly cleaned up my nails for a reasonable price and saved me from embarrassment at my own birthday party. I love the nails and they were exactly what I wanted. The salon is also very clean and the staff was very nice. Definitely my new go to.
