2025-09-02When I walked in there were No customers. Workers couldn’t communicate in English AT ALL. I Asked for pink and white nails but Instead got ugly, messy ombré style. Not what I wanted and don’t like it. They didn’t offer to fix it. Instead overcharged me. If I ask for pink and white - you need to do that! The only people who came in during the 2 1/2 hours it took them to mess my nails up were people coming back to get things fixed that they messed up in the first place. Big mistake going there and I will never go back! Outrageous prices. Sloppy work. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A SALON WITH STAFF THAT DOES WHAT YOU WANT, CAN COMMUNICATE, and DON’T USE BAIT AND SWITCH BUSINESS PRACTICES.

2023-07-06My experience started off iffy! The woman who was taking care of me was not the kindest however Mina came to my rescue. She is amazing! When I say she calmed me down that’s an understatement. She paid such close attention to detail! I am obsessed with my nails! I will be going back to her every two weeks for my fill ins ❤️

2020-03-21I visited the salon for the first time today and let me tell y'all... Everyone was so very kind and considerate. First and foremost, Amongst all the madness going on in the world at this time the employees not only had masks on themselves but offered and made sure that all customers wore one as well, they were only taking customers by appts and didn't have more than a few people in the salon at a time. Mina took care of me today, I came in for a fill-in and with a few picture references of what I wanted and she helped me decide on the perfect one! I felt very welcomed, the place was very clean, the staff were all friendly, Mina took her time on my nails, made sure I was happy with them and even massaged my hands once she was done. Prices are reasonable and best believe they won me over and have a new customer for life. Can't wait to go back!! Truely recommend Image Nails to everyone...

2021-02-23This is my 5th time at this place the last time I was here I loved my nails so I specifically asked whats his name and she wrote it down. I came in this morning saw him and 2 guys told me (the name on the card) hasn't worked there in a very long time. I told them he just did my nails they gave me another guy who I dont like because he burns my nails from doing the Dremel to long on my nails. I showed him a picture of the nails I want which was very simple and it came out horribly. I dont like to argue so I paid but will not be returning.. Whoever Tran is that is who I asked for and I seen him so next time if yall read your reviews make sure your staff dont try to take others customers. The lady is so nice and so is Tran ( I posted a pic of what she wrote down)
