Jolie nails & spa

The service on my pedicure was fine. However, I did have a serious issue with the technician who did my acrylic fill (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name). It was clear he was not experienced, as he drilled too far down—past the acrylic and into my natural nail. This caused a deep crack that left me in significant pain. When I stated that he was hurting me, he said "sorry" and continued to dig into the spot he was causing pain in. Even now, months later, my nail is still healing and remains sensitive. I'm very grateful that it doesn’t seem to be permanently damaged, but it was a painful and concerning experience I hope won’t happen to others. I have included pictures of my nails now and how they looked when I first got them done.

Quinn did an Amazing job with my nails. I called to see if they could squeeze me in during their last hour open on a Saturday, they said no problem at all see you soon. Clean shop, clean bathroom. Affordable services! 10/10 will be back!

My past salon changed hands (no pun intended) and I was searching for a new salon. I was very nervous about finding a new place after 5 years with my last salon. What a great first experience at Jolie Nails! John gave me a very relaxing and beautiful pedicure! My dip manicure with Hugo was perfect! I showed Hugo a picture and he matched it perfectly! The shape was exactly what I wanted and the service was beyond what I was receiving at my past salon. John even soothed a client's baby from crying - that's what I call customer service! Needless to say I have found my new nail salon! Very clean, friendly, accommodating and punctual! Also, very reasonably priced! They really take care with their clients! Thank you for such a great experience and I'll see you in a couple of weeks!

I was completely exhausted this evening and not really present. Sara was absolutely wonderful, with my nails, very patient and accommodating. I also had a wonderful pedicure , I didn’t get the young ladies name but this salon is A+ for me.

I was looking for a new nail salon and someone recommended I see Hugo at Jolie nails. I’ve now been 3 times and will continue making appointments to come back! He does such a great job and is gentle, yet quick which I think is hard to find. The staff is always kind and welcoming, so glad I found this salon!
